The last innovation by Raytec Vision is the sorting machine Opportunity which exploits the artificial intelligence to guarantee the highest standards of quality control. The optical sorter is equipped with matricial cameras and a roller belt which allows the 360° inspection of each product, providing a one-to-one control. The technology is based on self-learning to be more and more performant. Another technological innovation made by Raytec Vision is the optical sorting machine Curiosity. This machine is unique because of its totally hygienic design compliant with the EHEDG guidelines, and it is equipped with high-resolution cameras which allows an effective quality and safety control. For packaged food, Raytec has developed an x-ray inspection machine, Raybox, which can detect foreign bodies and contaminants in each type of food container (glass bottles and jars, carton bricks, tinplate cans, etc…).
